I'm a robustly healthy, active, fit, successful businessman and professional artist. I enjoy travel, adventure, history, culture, theatre, music, conversations, nice clothes, good food and laughing. Laughing should be first! I'm a positive person...always have been...and I look for people with a positive outlook on life. If it isn't fun, I don't want to do it because life is too short, but I live responsibly, and was taught the value of persistence and effort. It's just that the things I work hard at don't seem like work to me.
I'm interested in smart, goal-oriented people. That doesn't mean people who are necessarily trying to build a financial empire, because your goal can be trying to get fit, or helping out at the local food pantry. Just be doing something positive! My friends tend to be much younger than I am...most are in their 20's and 30's, but I enjoy people of all ages and nationalities. To be honest, I find Asian men extremely attractive and exciting, but bottom line it is the personal chemistry, not the age or anything else that makes a match. I'm looking for friends and a relationship, naturally. Who isn't interested in finding someone to love you for all of yourself? There is no more worthwhile thing in the world. I look for people who can hold up their end of a conversation because I connect through the mind, then the soul, and lastly my body. Sound pretty old-fashioned? You bet. No apologies for that! If there is a good musical play or a movie, that'd be nice, but I think if we feel a connection, a play or a movie just gets in the way because you can't really talk until afterwards. We look at each other and think: "I really like and respect this guy. This could work!"
