YOU -
You don't need to be a brain surgeon. You don't need to be an adonis. You can be any size, shape or colour. You can be any age up to about 60.

You will ideally live within easy reach of Manchester but that's not essential and I'd also like to hear from guys overseas with a view to exchange visits etc.

But you do need to be single, the sort of guy who usually prefers to stick around with one guy, rarely if ever goes out on the 'scene', never does drugs, and is not greatly into body-piercings.

If you are looking for someone to care for you and look after you (and I don't mean financially!) you could do a lot worse than hitch yourself up with me.

It would be a bonus if you were available in the day time as well as evenings and weekends.

ME -

I'm a very masculine guy, a real man's man.

I'm definitely NON-scene and absolutely turned OFF by effeminacy or cross-dressing etc.

I'm broad-shouldered, big-chested and well-built, but by no means a lard-tub: more of an ex-rugger guy who's put on too much belly.

I have a full beard and 'tache trimmed right back, and I keep my hair short. I'm also pretty hairy from my chest down.

I look very good for my age and most people think I'm quite a bit younger than I am.

I certainly think and act a lot younger, which I put down to the fact that nearly all my friends are younger, I always get on well with younger people and have a lot of time for them.

People say I'm good fun to be around but I have a serious and intellectual side too. My special interests are architecture and music, and I have a large library of books and CDs - mainly classical, early-music, and trad jazz.

One thing I must say is that, though I reckon I'm usually pretty considerate towards other people, by nature I AM a pretty assertive sort of guy - which some guys like!

But I'm also very caring, affectionate and tactile and you'll always find me reliable, honest and loyal.

I'm looking for a genuine regular guy for days out and evenings in, ideally a one-man guy who will stick around and who believes that there's much more to life than sex.

In the long run I don't exclude the possibilty of a long-term relationship but it all depends how it goes.

I'm generally available in the day-time as well as evenings and weekends.
