Going someplace quiet so we can have an intelligent conversation and get to know each other. Maybe a long walk at sunset, watching the beautiful sky or observing the stars. Perhaps I could cook a nice dinner with candles (old school romantic), have some wine and just look into each other's eyes, discovering all we can about each other. A movie, concert or noisy bar/restaurant is ok for a second or third date but not the first.

I have always wanted to go on a gay cruise. I love travelling and meeting new people and because we have our sexuality in common, I would feel very comfortable in that type of environment. I have been on perhaps 12 cruises (all when I was married) but this type of cruise would be a first for me.

I love the outdoors so skiing, hiking, tennis, volleyball, softball or baseball is great. I also love to travel. For example, I went to Maine in August to a GLBT friendly summer camp and had a great time, met some great people. In October, I went to New Mexico to the gay rodeo. Later that month I flew to NY and atttended a World Series game. Life is short, enjoy each moment.

I try to live in the moment, don't worry about tomorrow because it will take care of itself. One thing I really enjoy is volunteering, giving back. On both Thanksgiving and Christmas I will be volunteering at a church that is giving free dinners to all.

I want a man who will love me for who I am and not what they want me to be, a man who will make me smile/laugh when he comes into the room, has compassion/respect for others, is honest/loyal, who physically takes care of himself, has good grooming habits, and is comfortable with himself (emotionally and sexually).
